Having been a key contributor to the Australian food industry and with a passion for meat and smallgoods the opportunity to offer a range of next-generation dry aging cabinets was the obvious next step for the group.

AGED® complements the group's current offering. From packaging solutions (Collinson's), vacuum packaging equipment (Henkovac) and now AGED® dry aging and curing cabinets we can offer an end-to-end solution for an ever-growing industry here in Australia.

OUR CABINETS.
AGED® offer an extensive range of dry-aging cabinets completely designed and manufactured in Italy by Zernike using high quality components incorporating cutting-edge, user friendly intuitive technology.

Built from AISI 304 stainless steel and insulated with cyclopentane to ensure maximum thermal insulation, the full range of AGED® cabinets are equipped with patents that make them unique on the Australian market.

Through our user friendly control unit, with intuitive commands and icons, it is very easy to manage all the key parameters such as temperature, humidity, oxygenation and ventilation.
